In the times of pandemic, influencers do not stop the purpose of the blog on any online platform. The need to stay on style, the need to remain on high demand in comparison to the potential competitors, to most bloggers online platform is the material source - their presence is being paid for. The borders of responsibility and adequate content that is being posted for the audience of more than 100k followers might have a significant response. As was mentioned in the article of Telegraph (2020), the protective masks became the new fashion cult and after one post of a public figure wearing the edition of a luxury brand received thousands of people doing the same (Telegraph, 2020), meanwhile, the times are not easy to live in. More to that, the issue became far more serious: as influencers continued posting pictures with these face masks, medical professionals became limited with their use, because the pharmacies and fabrics are running out of them due to the panicked purchase of these facilities. However, one of the first purposes of the masks is for special use.
Besides that, Telegraph (2020) also raises an important question in regard to the necessity of such masks against the virus. As mentioned: "Advertising Standards Authority banned two adverts that claimed that face masks were the most effective way to protect oneself from the virus" (Telegraph, 2020), meanwhile, indeed, some doctors claim the opposite that such protection may act in reverse instead.
Therefore, again we see the potential applied restrictions for the content public figures broadcast.
